  • Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC) provides immediate service and support to individuals who are in crisis as a result of intimate partner violence. Crisis support services are free of charge, and DVAC operates a crisis hotline Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm HST. Call (808) 531-3771 or Text (605) 956-5680.   • Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) of Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is a statewide program that provides comprehensive services for survivors of sexual assault. This includes medical care, crisis counseling, and therapy. Call (808) 524-7273 or use the web chat feature on their website. Services are available 24 hours a day.
